Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Final shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Complimentary shipping may be available on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping conditions will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Please note that En la Bruma is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update the shipping details. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes.
International Shipping

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or altered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review your request, please include your order number and clear photographs of the package and item received.
Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
To be considered, any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened fragrances
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Products purchased through third-party retailers
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a confirmed product issue.
